we stayed here from july 7th to the 11th. the customer service was excellent. wthe rooms were not the best, but you dont spend too much time in the room other than to sleep and shower. the wallpaper was dirty and so was the carpet. the location was excellent. their beach was absolutely perfect. more

This was our first Atlantic City vacation. We will probably stay at another hotel the next time we come, but it was a great value for the money and I would definitely recommend it for those who want to "get their feet wet" in Atlantic City more

We stayed at the Havana Tower for 1 night. The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. We wanted an ocean view but only got a partial view of the ocean- if you are looking for a full ocean view you will not get it in the Havana tower since their other tower and hotels are partially blocking the view.... more

We stayed in two adjoining rooms. Rooms were very clean, window view was unbelievable. Everyone from Kathleen to all the maids were very kind and helpful.
