I thought the Econo Lodge Beach Block was a great value and it has a good location next to the Tropicana. I thought all the amenities were fine and would definitely return. more

You don't want to stay at Econo Lodge Beach Block 3001 Pacific Ave!! It should be knocked down. Motel from Hell. Didn't get OVERSIZED SUITE as reserved, charged me for it. No fireplace. Everything wired with extension cords or plug adapter. Overhead lights you see the rafters/wiring above, looked below code. Screw under carpet. No heat. Low power in jacuzzi.... more

The room was shabby, outdated and not exactly spotless. The mattress was tilted at both sides so you have to sleep in the middle part of the mattress or you roll out of bed (no joke!). The bedspread had cigarette burn holes and the bedding reaked of cigarette smoke. The area is LOUD and not the best neighbordhood so if... more

When summer rolls around, all the casino hotels start jacking up their price tag from $69 a night to $250 a night, stay at the Econo Lodge. The price and location was right .. it's right next to Ceasars. When I needed a room for a friday night in August. All they wanted was $89 plus tax... That is a... more

We also stayed in the Econo Lodge July 4th weekend. Our first night was Thursday and it was only $105 bucks, not bad! The second night was $260.00 but when other casion hotels are charging anywhere from 450-800, it really isnt a bad deal. Yes, it was rowdy that weekend but lets be fair... it was 4th of July and... more

My friend and I stayed at the Econo Lodge 4th of July weekend. We had reservations at Resorts for Thurs night but every casino hotel was sold out for Fri night. We decided to take our chances with the Econo Lodge since it was right across the street from the Trop and we would be able to dine, gamble, and... more

Went to AC for one night with several of my friends. The room was suprisingly pleasant for the price we paid ($130) on a Fri. The location is key if you want to be around the Trop. We actually took the Jitney (which was easy to catch) to head to the new club at Harrahs (the Pool). Breakfast is included... more

First of all, this is AC, so i thought either major $$$ or super dump. But this was right in the middle. WOW! the location / next to the tropicana. The room was clean and service was awesome. We called about the TV remote not working and they were there in 45 seconds to fix it! ALL the rooms have... more

I took a vacation to Atlantic City for the first time on August 19th. We stayed 3 nights at the Econo Lodge Beach Block. When we first arrived it was raining like cats and dogs. The woman behind the front desk was very nice. She gave us advice on where to have dinner..... When we arrived to our room it... more
