Booked a room at Bally's but was given a room at the Claridge. Although is was old and musty, I didn't complain because we were only there for 2 nights. While there, I noticed a few small bites on my arms, but just dismissed them. When we got home we placed the luggage in our spare bedroom before unpacking. A... More

I arranged for one thing when making reservations yet another took place without any regard to my instructions. The hotel staff was incredibly unresponsive to me as the client and the instructions provided repeatedly. Overall this is not a hotel I would recommend or one that I would go back to by choice. The environment is unfriendly and even the... More

This room is one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in - and I have traveled extensively in the third world. The bathroom was the worst. There were dust bunnies on the top corners of the mirror in the bathroom, including on the VERTICAL surfaces. The sink and tub faucets were caked with soap scum and gunk,... More

My husband and I and two friends decided to spend a few days in cooler weather and decided that Atlantic City would be the place to go as we all love to gamble. We arrived at the hotel at 5PM and were told that all of the "good rooms" were already given to those who checked in before us. Well,... More

We recently stayed at the Claridge Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ so we could enjoy the boardwalk attractions as well as the casino activities. After reading several conflicting reviews here on Tripadvisor.com we were concerned about our arrangements and made sure to arrive early in case we needed to make alternate plans. My concerns were completely unfounded and we... More

I have just returned from an overnight stay at Bally's Atlantic City. Stayed in The Claridge Tower, Room 714/king bed. The view was nice and at night it was lit up. There is a refridgerator, hidden in the Entertainment Center. The bathroom was very small, no fan, just a heat lamp. The bed was very comfortable, with 4 pillows, but... More

My wife, in-laws and I stayed here for 2 nights recently. I had read the reviews on here and wasn't expecting much and it was a good thing I didn't. For one, we were given a room in the Claridge tower, which I would suggest people try to avoid. They were just out dated and dirty. There were stains on... More

I stayed here from August 23-24 (2 nights). The first night we stayed in the Ballys Towers, which were fine. The rooms were large and clean. These rooms were comped to our group as a courtesy (we had 6 rooms in all). The checkin process took 45 minutes, which was a joke. We did not wait in line for 45... More

My husband and I stayed on August 24th and never again. We had stayed at Bally's before, booked the same way, their direct website, anyway we thought we were staying in Bally's, no not Bally's the old Claridge. We paid for a Bally's room and we're stuck in a tiny room with a tiny bathroom with a view of the... More

When you book at Bally's, if you are not a high roller, it is likely you will be sent to the "low rollers" site-the old Claridge, which is attached. The rooms are old and shabby. The pool is closed, the restaurant open only certain days. When I called the front desk to find the location of an operating ice machine,... More
