I was hesitant to stay at Ballys but was reminded from someone in the industry that people that have something bad to say are more likely to leave reviews. So with that I booked Ballys for my stay. I am not picky by any means and usually stay at cheaper accommodations but I ws there to celebrate so I went... more

I went to Atlantic City to put my boat in the water- I was born and raised in this town. Picked Bally's because it used to have a beautiful spa,gym and raquetball courts. My room ended up being in the old Caridge. The room was very tired- as was the whole building. Now I know why the room rates are... more

I have read MANY MANY reviews about Bally's. I was nervous about going, so nervous I printed off my free room page from TR before we left in case we got a junk room I could always move to ceasars. I had booked a Premium room & that is what we got. We were on the 36th floor of the... more

Fred, CI, Bronx, NY, July 1, 2009 I booked a luxury room. When I arrived with my grandmother for her birthday along with my aunt who was staying a night, we were dumped in a broom closet in the Claridge. My aunt was told they would not have a room for her until 5PM. My aunt was getting afixiated from... more

I had a chance to stay there for 1 night for free with my friends. I didn't expect much because it's a casino hotel and it's free. However, it's worse than ever.. The hotel was old, bed was not comfortable. So I rather sleeping on the sofa. Not to mention the bathroom. Yes, like other review, you can really hear... more

I arrived here earlier today after my husband received an offer of a comp room last month. When we arrived we were informed that there were no premium rooms available as had been promised. After speaking with the front desk manager she offered to upgrade us to a better room and not to upsell us? We took the "better" room.... more

I traveled with Family and friends for a birthday weekend. All together we stayed in 6 different rooms. In the end we had a wonderful weekend with many great memories. However, it was not because of the accomodations. First strike - our rooms were suppose to be ready at 3PM; 2 rooms were ready, one room was not available until... more

I could not beleive the noise and foul language that came from the room next to me.It was outrageous. But what was more outrageous was nothing was done when we called the desk.My wife and i ended up checking out at 4am because of the lack of help from the staff at Ballys. It was like they ignored us.Have not been back... more

Bally's has combined three hotels -- Bally's, Dennis, and Claridge into one. I have stayed in all three, and only Bally's tower is worthwhile. The others are small, poorly located, and have limited or no view. The biggest problem is that they will not guarantee room type, no matter what you reserve. If you arrive on a Saturday, you will not... more

I checked in midweek for a two night comped stay in Claridge Tower with my daughter and her friend(both in their twenties). We had a very clean room with a great view, friendly efficient staff, and as always, a fabulous meal at Virginia City Buffet. more
