I just returned from a 3 day, 2 night business conference at the Borgata. The hotel check in went fairly fast, and I was able to get into my very nicely appointed room after about 20 minutes in line. For a very expensive and upscale hotel the service was very poor. When we checked in we found the bathroom dirty with hair in the shower and around the toilet. I Love this hotel. I feel like a queen as soon as I enter my suite. I go with my sister, who likes to gamble. I like the spa, the shopping, the restaurants, and RELAXING. She gambles, I relax, and we meet for meals. I can't say anything bad about it. When it's time to leave, I get very sad.... more
