The hotel is located next to the Convention Center and the main shopping area located on Michigan Avenue. The staff, from the General Manager on down, are extremely professional, attentive and friendly. They treat you as if you were 'family' and make your stay exceptional. I would most definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to future visits. more
