Location is about 45 minutes from downtown Santa Marta and also far from Rodadero Beach. Rooms are comfortable larger than expected and clean. Rooms are maintained daily and bathrooms are always extremely clean. The hotel provides a large bottle of water every day. Rooms come without refrigerator, but you can request one if desired. The food is good with lots... More

It has all that is offered in the plan. Food, drinks, pool, beach... But the quality is not great. They are more interested in having a full hotel 24/7 than on making it great. It's an average hotel in which you can be ok but if you can afford a better option I highly recommend you to choose a better... More

When my girlfriend and I got this "all inclusive" hotel, we discovered that it wasn't all inclusive at all. They charged us extra for the safe, a daily fee of $6.00, which I agree, is a low amount, but still felt ridiculous and inconvenient given their "All inclusive" advertisement. If we wanted internet service, that was another $6.00 for 30... More

Was encouraged to take this trip by a travel agent via phone. We were told Coastal Columbia commonly spoke English and were directed to a website that promised on-site snorkeling and bright blue Caribbean waters. Well, NO one spoke English and not that they SHOULD have, but we were led to believe that would be the case. Further, the majority... More

Good food, quiet beach and many activities to do. During dinner you might have to share your table with other people. That is a little annoying since sometimes you just want to be with your partner or family. Other than that it is really nice is the shows that the hotel offers

I stayed there with my husband and my little girl, and I was very happy with our room, with the food (especially breakfast), and with the general ambiance. Not all the employees were helpful, or nice, but most of them were, and they handled any of my concerns in a timely manner. In general, I was satisfied with the place,... More

I recently stayed in this place for a medical school reunion . From May 24 to May 26/2012 . I have lots of expectations because I stayed at the Decameron Baru before in Cartagena . I was dissapointed . PROs:The location is good close to the airport and the view is nice .The beach is nice and would be a... More

This Hotel is convenient located 10 minutes from airport the hotel is a medium sprawling resort encompassing 2 swimming pools, four restaurants and average manicured grounds. Located on an average beach, the sea is very warm and quite calm..so good for kids...it does not however have that "Turquoise" look that you may expect . The staff were very helpful. The... More
