The hotel is average, but the island and the beachfront is amazing. Snorkeling is fantastic even for a beginner. I would come back for another stay without question..The benefit is you get the services of all the Decameron on the island.

Arriving in San Andres was uneventful. Everything in the airport ran smoothly. Upon exiting, our transfer cab was quite dissapointing, an older model sedan with holes in the seats and no air conditioning, which in San Andres is priceless as it's quite hot and humid. My first impression of the island was that it's dated. Though the local government assessses... More

The staff were really great, we enjoyed the shows at night and had a wonderful time. Eventhough the hotel is far away from the city center, the beach is fantastic. The hotel offers different tours which are all at very convenient prices. Also, you can take the bus to go to "Rocky Key" which is another beach resort that belongs... More

We were lucky to be put in a very large room on the second, top, floor over looking a little round about (no cars). Heard a little noise during the day from the pool but nothing to stress about. Ocean is across the street and you have to walk over some exposed coral to get into the water which can... More

We were in San Andres for one week. The island is really beautifull with some incredible spots like Rocky cay, the acarium, la piscinita. You can find really good food for example at the restaurant La Regatta which serves incredibles lobster (try the caribe one it is trully fantastic) but avoid to go to a Decameron Hotels. Also if the... More

I stayed at the San Luis Hotel in San Andres , with my family and it wa great, close to the beach... it was just a place to relax. Even though, some very young people were complaining about the long distance to down town. This was not my case. I enjoy to stay in this hotel.

Well as the title says that was my biggest concern and it wasn't a problem. This isn't a highway!! The food was great...the buffest always had amazing fresh fruit and juice for breakfast, lunch was plentiful and dinners were great because you can eat at any Decameron. Go for the Aquarium on the water...awesome! If the "General" (old rasta looking... More
