Hotel Portobelo Plaza was lovely - simple, not fancy or luxurious, but exactly what my group needed to make for a very comfortable stay on San Andres. Hello We made our reservation only a couple weeks before our Christmas vacation and this was the only hotel with space available. Now we understand why. We go to this island to scuba dive.
