We were stayed in this hotel during 3 nights. We had two rooms and any of them with a window in it! I find it dificult to understand why a hotel room doesn't have a window or balcony...never mind we complained at the front desk but they didn't care about it, such a awful service...that was the last time I... Thought it was going to be nicer than it was, stayed in room 518, really outdated, while everything worked, some real annoyances. The shower did not drain properly, not because of an obstruction but because the floor was not sloped properly, toilet seat was loose, no electrical outlet at the desk, free breakfast was exactly the same everyday, not that... Didn't really enjoy my stay here as I was here for leisure and this is really business hotel. There is no place to sit or lay outside in the sun. My room didn't even have a outward facing window. I don't like to stay in places that make me feel like I am locked inside.

our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The rooms are huge and comfortable, but the decor and furniture will probably have to be upgraded in the near future. Staff were very friendly and they served an excellent breakfast. Good wifi as well. Location is excellent - only a few blocks walk from the Poblado district. Will stay here again... More

Our experience on this hotel was trutly amazing, the courtesy of the staff was impressived, The hotel location is great near everything. Very close to shopping mall El Tesoro and Santa Fe and walking distance to el LLeras there you will find different places eat and to party. We were also near spas, pharmacies and stores. Bayron the bell boy... More

I Booked at a place downtown and had a very bad experience, I urgently searched for options that were safe, and would allow me to enjoy the city as well as have a good stay "inside" the hotel. Plaza Rosa was exactely that, it was a wonderful spot for discovering the city, working during the day, eating out at night... More

I stayed in this hotel during the world urban forum. The rates are flexible and the rooms are neat and classy. The staffs are very friendly but rarely speak English. Even with the language barrier, services were properly delivered. The hotel is surrounded with good pubs and eateries. I really enjoyed my short stay.

The hotel is decent but tired looking. It is of a homey sort but I was surprised how few of the staff speaks English. One disstressing thing for me were enormous photo wallpapers with all kinds of biodiversity on the walls. My Jaguar room was donned with 8 closeups of starved looking jaguars that quickly remainded me of the breakfast... More

Used booking.com to get a room as it saved us about 10000 on the walk in price. We then had to wait while a manager was called to check the price and they had some discussion with calculators furiously being used. Eventually they confirmed it was ok (wow, thanks) then wanted our passports which we only had one of at... More

With a conference in town, and on short notice, I have to admit that we chose this option almost out of desperation (it was one of few hotels with rooms). Based on some prior reviews, I was skeptical about this hotel. That said, it really met and even exceeded expectations. To begin with, due to the fact that the stay... More
