I stayed here for my first few days in Medellin. I enjoyed my stay very much. It is very clean and the staff is friendly. We stayed in one of their private rooms, very pleasant. The art in the hostel was pretty cool also. Not far from bars and restaurants. Kind of a ways from the metro, but totally doable.... More

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in a private room. It was a great atmosphere with very friendly staff. Especially the owner, Martin, helped us a lot with tips in other cities regarding hostels and flights. He booked us a great place in Cartegena and helped us more when we sent him messages. Overall, it is a... More

Absolutely gorgeous in a beautiful part of town. Really chilled out. Staff are friendly and smiley as hell! It is very clean with a fish pond in the courtyard. Although its not a "party hostel" you definately can still meet and hang with people, so easily.

On my second trip to medellin I chose Urban Buddha because it looked different and chilled out, and I had really liked their other hostel. This one was better for me as it was more central, and also really beautiful, with loads of art, fun people and a great atmosphere. We all went out together, and then could come back... More

Tremendous staff and location, a hidden little gem in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Well run, quiet, and a place that seems to attract the best kinds of travelers. Hundreds of places to eat and drink within a few blocks and an easy 15 minute walk to the Estadio metro station.

I wanted a nice quite place to rest with good company. This place had everything i wanted. It is a little far away from everything, about a 20 minute walk to the local metro station, but it is a great place to wind down and relax with other fellow travelers. The staff were really helpful and spoke English so i... More

I'm very divided on my opinion here! the hostel was beautiful and bright and airy, and the staff was so great. all so helpful and friendly. however, I found the location to be extremely inconvenient! we were looking for a bit more action, and this was in a very quiet, suburban neighborhood. this isn't necessarily a bad thing, it just... Alright. Neat hostel. Friendly. Not much going on in the neighborhood. Your much better of in el poblado. Even if your not looking to party. El poblado. Also. They play bad pop too loud. But! Friendly staff. Neat setup. Quite and easy. Maybe it's what you want you
