Very helpful staff - they can order tours, call a taxi, answer to all questions :) They can speak in English a little bit. You will get a healthy snack for breakfast - tropical fruits. There are common kitchen possibilities, dining room, coffee for free. Nice and safe location near the Party Zone. There are many various restaurants, bars, pizzerias,... More

Hostel ist very good located in poblado, near to zona rosa (Party Zone). The Problem is that the Bathrooms are realy very small and everything is broken and in the rooms there is no possibility to hang your clothes on somewhere. I think in Medellin there are better Hostels like the Happy Budha ore the Black Sheep.

Made a reservation @ Saman same-day, but they were oversold, which was kind of a bummer on our late night arrival. Location seems solid, but the good news is that they walked us over to a better option at the same price. Be sure to confirm whatever you book, as you don't know what you'll end up getting.

The staff was great! Therefore I could not understand why the owner treated them very very poorly. I observed how the owner showed up and treated his employees like servants. He obviously uses to the fullest extent the employment situation in Medellin to his advantage. I think such a business owner doesn't deserve any support. But there are other reasons... More

Looking for some place to crash the night in Medellin for "La Feria de las Flores" I found only expensive hotels and really-not-convienient hostels. Nonetheless I finally found this friendly, safe, clean, really-cheap (I think it's the cheapest hostel in El Pueblo area), and really-well located hostel in Calle 10! and only few block away from Parque Lleras. Its staff,... More

The hostel itself is quite nice. Central location in Poblado with good kitchen, nice bathrooms and fast wifi. It's a 15 minute walk to the metro station which is in a safe neighborhood. But one woman of the staff rules the place like an Iron Lady. She likes the salsa music and puts this on in the common area on... More

I ended up staying here as I arrived on a Friday lunchtime and lots of places were full. I got the room on the street that is noisy. I was fully expecting to be up all night as I had heard there was a club below it. This wasn't the case, I'm not sure if it was closed that night.... More

First of all its a verry nice hostel! Clean, big kitchen, free coffee, fast wifi and best of all great showers!!! Biggest downside are the beds! The mattresses are so hard its like sleeping on bags of cement. I personal like hard mattresses but this was really to much and after two nights my backbone and neck wouldn't take it... More
