Nice rooms, well equiped (includinig stove and microwave), well supplied minibar, awesome balcony, may improve amenities (soap and shampoo kind of poor), and the variety of breakfast options. Across the street to a well assorted supermarket and in a walking distance (downhill) of a shopping center with dinning facilities.

Just returned from a week in Medellin. Love the city! The hotel was very nice, modern and good location. Staff was very helpful. I would have liked an iron in the room. Breakfast could have been better. But was ok.

Staff was friendly but the room I got was terrible right at the corner but the noise was unbearable. Had it changed to the rear of the hotel and was charged double compared to what was quoted. Buffet breakfast was terrible and not enough food. Was told over the phone that it wws 10 minutes walking distance from the mall.... More
