Awesome concierge Ophelia was very helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. They even had a garage space for our rental car on the two nights we stayed there. Fast laundry service too. Only caveat is that the immediate neighborhood - although picturesque and good for walks during the day - is apparently not very safe after dark.

Couldn't believe what we got for our money at this place. Perfect hotel with excellent rooms, good hot shower. Very good value for money. Amazing Administration, but hotel is located in a shady area especially at night. Views from rooftop chairs are amazing. Close to central Medellin, but many homeless people around.
