I stayed with my partner. The location is safe. Twenty minutes walking to restaurants and bars in Poblado. The owner and the stuff are helpful. Stayed in a room with a private bathroom: The room is small but clean. You have to ask them to clean the room. No air conditioner. There is a fan. But even in August it... More

Bliss!!!! All the comfort of home - kettle, toasted sandwhich machine, beds long enough for us western folk, proper showers and huge comfy couches to chill on. Great advice on Medellin and getting around Colombia. A bit more expensive but the private rooms are like hotels. 100% recommend!!!!

I stayed here for several nights in a private room with ensuite. It was on the third floor which appears to be newly constructed and was extremely quiet. There are a ton of people staying here and you can choose to be as social as you want. I didn't utilize the kitchen so I can't speak to that although the... More

We stayed in private double for 3 nights. The room was great (like a hotel) guests and staff were friendly and it's a short walk away from the metro station. Kiwi owner is lovely and really helpful, booked us on tours / booked an airport taxi etc. a really enjoyable stay.

My girlfriend and i stayed in a private room for 5 nights and it was just what we were after. If we wanted to party we could go out but if we didn't, this hostel had a nice quiet relaxed atmosphere. Big screen TV for the world cup matches was awesome. Good kitchen facilities although very busy (and a serial... More

Went in there to find out if they had any rooms available for the night. There were a number of other travelers mingling around in the lobby area and while I was making my inquiry, the young guy behind the counter decided to take off and help a girl who had approached halfway through our conversation. When he returned he... More

Truly one of the best hostels I've stayed at in some time. Exellent, friendly staff. Free coffee and tea. Good mix of quietness and socializing. Clean facilities, drinks for purchase, and even a same-day laundry service.

I had both good and bad experiences here. The security was good and well managed. The private bathrooms were clean and neat, so was my room. The place was a bit crowded, but had a nice atmosphere. The common bathroom areas smelled awful, but since the place is visited mostly by people from other countries (backpackers and the like), which... More

I stayed here for 4 nights in a dorm room. The beds are fine, but the dorm rooms don't get much air, and it gets very stuffy. The biggest problem was that I got terrible, very itchy bites over the course of my time there - I'm fairly certain they were not bed bugs, since I didn't see any bugs,... More

We stayed for three nights in a double with ensuite bathroom. Nice size rooms, clean and with a really big, comfy bed. The neighbourhood is safe and you're only walking distance from a big Exito and the Poblado metro station. Not a party hostel, but some good social areas, including two big screens for sports & movies and a really... More
