My husband and I spent the month of June in his birthplace of Colombia. One of the highlights of our trip was our 3-night stay at Casa La Fe. We opted for an outside balcony room which I would highly recommend. The double doors open to the Parque Fernandez de Madrid, one of the many lovely squares within the walled... more

We discovered Casa La Fe when searching Trip Advisor. We decided to make the reservation based on excellent reviews. We were not disappointed. A very pretty boutique hotel with 14 rooms, wi-fi, small refreshing pool and full breakfast included. My favorite service was the coffee/espresso available self serve all day AND complimentary Jet chocolates my boys loved! We were very... more

I had researched and decided that Casa La Fe would be the most suitable and best value hotel for a short family vacation in Cartagena. Most of the reviews were glowing and they have a very convenient online-booking website, not to mention that I got prompt replies to my emails asking for more details about the room I wanted (the... more

Good idea from this guest. We now lock the vestibule at 8:00 pm and give them the key.

I stayed at Casa La Fe in April with some friends and was pleased with its peaceful atmosphere and central location. More than anything, I was THRILLED that when I left my wallet in the room, checked out and headed for the aiport that the staff person who found my wallet jumped in a cab and followed us to the... more

Excellent stay with Casa La Fe for two nights, before and after our Tayrona NP visit. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we were gone for 2 nights, which was a great service. Breakfast was excellent and the room (street side) was very nice and clean. more

This was exactly the experience I was seeking. A small reasonably priced boutique hotel in the best part of town. The hotel is small with only 14 rooms. We stayed on the 2nd floor with a balcony view of the park -- highly recommend over the cheaper first floor window-less alternative. The room was immaculate, modern and stylishly furnished with... more

Booked online on the hotel's website for 200 000 COP (100$CAN) per night...it was worth it! The hotel is well located, in front of a little plaza, close to various restaurants and shops. The check in was friendly and attentive. I arrived early but my room was available. The room, on the ground floor (a beautiful atrium) was large, clean,... more

For our second visit to Cartagena, we were looking for something that brought us more intimacy, in the Old town. After reading the reviews of Casa La Fe in Tripadvisor, we decided to book it, and NO REGRETS. We loved it. Location couldn`t be better. The whole hotel is clean and beautiful. Staff is fantastic. Noemi and Luz gave us... more

Great experience from start to finish Good online booking system, avoiding the need to phone in like most other small hotels in the area Good location in the old city. Nice rooms with air con and powerful fans. Nice breakfast served each day in the courtyard - selection of 6 options Amazing service - when my flight was minutes from... more
