My family stayed from 7 to 9 May/13, the hotel room robbed money, never taught safety videos, did not give importance to the event, and the beach front of the hotel stole the bag with documents, not just my family several tourists. So I do not recommend this hotel. Rosalba Cuellar.

Suggestions: Improve fitness studio. Lacks of equipment. Swimming pool too small. Make bar modern of the 21st floor. It would've been a lot more useful for hotel customers if the service here can accommodate English moreover understanding of the variousness in dietary requirement; such as vegetarian and vegan.
