We stumbled across this hidden gem by accident. I didn't stay in the hotel here but we ate in their restaurant one evening and the food was sublime! Totally faultless. Between us we had the 500g steak, the salmon (with a passion fruit sauce) and the chicken. All were cooked to perfection and the mash was delicious too! The staff... More

We just came back to the New York area from this hotel. We stayed at other hotels more expensive than this one in other parts of Colombia and this one was the best. The room we had was very small which made me a bit disillusioned however upon seeing t he details like the note welcoming us, the jazz music... More

Cute little boutique with very friendly staff. Reasonable priced around $200 night. (The Sofihotel is grand but $500/night). Good internet, satellite channels, free bicycles, good breakfast, cold air conditioner, warm shower, big comfortable bed, big towels for pool / jacuzzi. Well situated. So good value for money.

This is by far the best experience I have had in a boutique hotel in all of my world travels. The staff and service provided was excellent. The hospitality shown will forever be appreciated. My security was top priority to the hotel, the manager went above the call of duty. I had ask for directions, but he asked his staff... More

And we should know as developers of small hotels. First of all, the staff is completely informed, and welcoming and the design is elegant and comfortable; after walking down to Hotel Santa Clara for a drink in their bar, we were so happy we chose this experience. We did not have to compromise on a single thing. Then I had... More

I was very happy I chose Hotel Santo Toribio during our stay in Cartagena. Picking amongst the dozens of "boutique" hotels was quite a task, but this is a safe bet. The rooms are small but tasteful (and the AC works!), the bathrooms well-appointed. Everything is compact but it's a great base for visiting Cartagena - we never took a... More

This boutique hotel is a good deal, very clean and nicely decorated and in a great location in the heart of old town. The breakfast is great, the masseuse they bring in is terrific, and so are most of the staff that work there. That being said, my husband and I were very disappointed because we specifically requested for a... More
