Hotel staff stole our credit card info and went shopping. We had to delete the card and it read that thousands of fake charges were billed to our card in Colombia. The hotel is not "modern" by any means. You would know that with a little research. I've stayed there twice, soon to be three times, and you need to understand that Colombians move at their own pace.
