I have been in Colombia for six weeks and I liked this hotel so much I stayed here the whole time! The food is delicious, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the social areas are fun and welcoming. The location is fantastic and anything your looking to do is close. The staff is by far the best part about... More

I stayed here for 6 weeks while studying. It has been one of the most memorable and enjoyable stays in a hotel iv had. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I never had a problem with anything. I would certainly return here if I ever come back to cartagena.

After booking a room a week in advance, I arrived to check in and was then told that there were no rooms available due to a wedding. Why they took a booking in the first place I do not know. After several minutes of discussion between staff, I received my money back with absolutely no apology for the inconvenience. Typical... More

Just stayed here for four nights and couldn't speak more highly of it. It's well presented for a relatively budget place, very spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts consisted of fresh fruit and fruit juices, eggs and great coffee, we are in Colombia after all. The wifi is great and I was able to gloat... More

We did not realise the hotel had no outside windows, the arrival was from a taxi we had pre booked that demanded extra money, a vagrant tried to steal out bags and the place was generally poor quality

Wonderfully hospitable management and staff, couldn't do enough for us, and in a perfectly safe area of town. We were a little wary of the area before visiting as some guidebooks and literature do no recommend staying outside the walled city. Getsemani is going to be the new hotel area of Cartagena - it's central, quaint, and much renovation is... More

I stayed here for two nights in Feb 2014. The location is great--a few short blocks from the main square and nice restaurants) and the staff is very friendly (although Spanish-speaking only). The hotel is charming and very colorful, and extremely open. The rooms are basic but relatively clean; the only thing to note is that there is no hot... More

We brought 12 young adults to this hotel and they stayed there for 4 weeks in June. The hotel is initmate, with about 11 rooms, has a lovely courtyard, and is in an excellent location in Getsemaní. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They do not speak English so it is ideal for helping the young adults use as... More

They have a beautiful garden . A good breakfast with local fruits , fresh juices and arepas. The bedroom was clean . No hot water as everywhere at Colômbia . They were really kind with all information . And the best the location , 10 min from the old town and an excelent cost.

We are very disappointed by this place. There is absolutely no value for money. We were very very surprised to read about a "hidden gem" in a review about this hotel?? In short: Positives: - nice courtyard - ok location in Getsemani, though next to a roof top club which is quite loud Negatives: I should say that we were... More
