The hotel is not very nice. The hotel is just packed with rooms. The bathrooms are tiny. I would not stay here again. The staff were very nice and helpful. But the hotel was not worth what I paid for.

Room was Ok, clean, big enough, bathroom well-equipped. Some traffic noise from the street. Staff friendly. The "jacuzzi area" isn't great, they are small and quite dirty. At least a 40 minute walk to the historic centre (website claims that it is 5 minute walk), but taxis easy and cheap. Bocagrande district is nothing special but there are restaurants, some... More

This hotel is located in an area with lots of restaurants and shopping. An easy, cheep taxi ride to the Walled City area, or airport. We stayed in the hotels apartment. Nice for a big family, but a little dated. Next time we will stay in the main hotel. Felt safe in this area. Nice staff.

You have to call the concierge to make local phone calls (pain In the neck) Even you don't talk on the phone , they charge for any attempt . Food is leftovers , the manager was yelling at me because I was not agree with the phone calls . This is the worst part : You get in the room... More

I have stayed here a couple of times, bust this last week was better than ever. Rooms big and clean. Location, the best. Near the beach in a beautiful area, close to everything. The restaurant......the best Italian food I have ever had. Hotel stuff, nice people who are willing to help you all the time.

This place is a must in Bocagrande, Cartagena. Owned by an italian-colombian couple, you will feel at home in the old fashioned rooms fully equipped and will have the chance to taste italian food as well in the next door restaurant. The owners and the staff are very helpful and always at your disposal for any of your requirements. The... More

this hotel needs profesional manangment, we checked into a musty, foul-smelling room, the TV was 1980's vintage and the A/C unit dripped water on the bed. some of the staff was great, others indifferent.. the included breakfast was not worth the trip to the patio. Nice decor in the room, large bathroom but no hotwater.. not worth the 90 dollars... More

Excellent stay! Great staff, incredibly good value for your money. Just don't eat the eggs for breakfast, lots of shells! The restaurant was great with an interesting variety, and the room service was super speedy!

Was my first time in this Hotel. It was a pleasant experience. I stayed for 4 nights. The Hotel has a mixed between antique and new arquitecture. The service is excellent, and people are extraordinary. Is 5 minutes from the beach (walking), and 10 minutes from the beautiful downtown (by taxi). The taxi costs 6000 pesos at morning and 7000... I checked in here today. The staff is really nice, one guy even loaned me $1000 pesos when I didn't have change to pay the taxi driver. The location is not good for this place. It is in a strange location, but I didn't really explore much around the hood, to get to the old city it was 7000 pesos.... More
