I stayed at this hotel for a weekend with my girlfriend. The people were very kind and helpful. They give you the best information about the historical centre of cartagena, and the activities you can do in the city. its a very romantic place, everything is perfectly taken care of. It is definitely worth every penny.

We loved this place. Every single aspect of it was amazing. From the rooms with their wonderful ceilings and absolute spotlessness to the delicious breakfast and fresh fruit. The location is perfect, it's like a quiet luxurious oasis in the center of the city.. It's magnificent and the STAFF is wonderful, Much love and respect to Laura and the waiters... More

I went to Cartagena for a wedding last weekend and stayed 4 nights at the Santa Clara Hotel then decided to switch hotels for the last 2 nights. Mom and I wanted to experience something different, more boutique style since the Santa Clara was very large scale colonial hotel. We came across the Casablanca Hotel on an afternoon walk and... We stayed at the Casablanca B&B by chance and where delighted! Our hotel was overbooked so they moved us to the Casablanca and it was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very big, beautiful and comfortable - the bed is amazing! We didn't want to get up in the morning. The bathroom was a delight to be in... More

I have traveled extensively and this was by far one of the loveliest properties I have stayed in anywhere. Don't get confused by the B&B in the title. It is not a traditional B&B like you would see in the US. It is a small boutique hotel in a great location in the old city of Cartagena. The common areas... More

Casablanca is BEAUTIFUL!! From the moment you arrive, the soothing and refreshing ambiance welcomes you instantly. I traveled with my friend, and we were both very pleased with our first experience with this hotel. For us, everything about this place was perfect. We had a room on the first floor that was amazingly beautiful! The room had an extra comfortable... More

A bit pricey, but otherwise incredible and totally worth the money. No complaints about the room, housekeeping, or my stay. BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME! Staff was friendly and competent. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Very nice hotel, beautifully decorated. Great rooms, in seize as well comfort. It's a bed and breakfast, with good breakfast. Don't expect pro active service of a top rated hotel (I know it's a BB, but expensive enough), personnel is a little bit passive, waiting at the lobby. Spot inside old town, right place in Cartagena. Stayed with children, thanks... More

Horrible. After several disappointing experiences at the hotel, a 2x10 nights booking was not respected on the day of arrival. Imagine the consequences... Hotel going downhill... Shame because the hotel, in particular the swimming pool terrace and the rooms, is pleasant. Catastrophic reservation team... San Agustin features better quality/price ratio. If you can spend a bit more, Hotel Agua is... More
