Its good, not amazing, but good. Rooms / bathrooms are fine, nothing fancy, and breakfast is adequate - juice, fruit, eggs. They do have yogurt if you ask for it. The location is superb, close to everything. Its reasonable value for money... by Colombian standards, its expensive and there are other hotels far cheaper, but for tourists used to paying... More

Overall I had an OK stay at India, but I would not likely return. The staff are very helpful and speak good English. They easily accommodated my early arrival and late check-out. They offered great suggestions and arranged my airport transport, which I later found out, was a bit of a rip-off. Transport from the airport to the hotel should... More

Very conveniently located in the old town, with plenty of good restaurants and sights within easy and safe walking distance. The staff were very welcoming, and able to advise on where to go if we needed. The pool is more like somewhere to dip in and cool off rather than swim, but pleasant all the same. We had a compact... This is a beautiful old building that has been wonderfully modernized and is in the center of central Cartagena and yet on a quiet street. The staff are dedicated to your having a trouble free and comfortable stay. I must mention Cindy at the front desk who speaks English well and was helpful to us on many occasions. We stayed... More

This is the sort of place you come into and think wow as it is a lovely old building beautifully renovated with a central courtyard that lets you look up to the sky. Breakfast was okay, but have to say it would have been nice to have a choice other than do you want your omelette with cheese or tomato.... More

This was our first stop in Colombia. What an amazing place to start. We had big bulky kitesurfing kit and had to negotiate getting ourselves to the kite beach in Boquilla playa and then onto Santa marta. They negotiated taxis for us, advised on the best restaurants and gave plenty of useful sightseeing advice(like renting mopeds around the corner-would recommend).... More

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Cartegena. It was just redone 3 years ago and is beautiful. A three-story hotel with an open atrium, pool and den, Casa India Catalina is perfectly situated. The rooms are delightfully air-conditioned but the lobby is not. The breakfast included in the morning was to order and delicious. It was also an... More

First timer in Cartagena and had 5 days to explore. E booked first night in Arsenal Boutique Hotel just a short walk away from the walled city and it was beautiful and friendly but due to influx of visitors in the area couldn't get more nights ... Which worked to our benefit as we found this little gem right in... More

Beautiful old hotel in the heart of the old city. Conveniently located Around the corner from Carrullo grocery store. Staff were great and room was very clean. AC could've been cooler, but otherwise an enjoyable stay.
