Great location but a bit noisy, the staff not too professional and breakfast as well as the service v poor. The place it's very well located right in the heart of the old historical town and in pictures the place looks awesome in reality not a good operational hotel and very overpriceds for what it offers.

The hotel was central and all the rooms I saw were clean and cool and inexpensive. The day staff were helpful and breakfast delicious. Air Con and wifi work well in bedrooms, but as the central courtyard is open, it is not a cool place to sit in the humid season. Our group of young partying night people found it... More

My husband and I stayed in Hotel Casa India Catalina in July with a big group of family and friends; its 16 rooms were occupied by guests to our wedding. The hotel is very well located and it is a great inexpensive alternative to the very high end Colonial hotels of the old city. It is a beautiful and cozy... More

This property is an excellent location in the old city of Cartagena. The staff members were so cheerful and helpful we which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The Wi-Fi is only accessible in the atrium which is open but very, very warm. After a day of roaming around the city the excellent A/C was most welcome. The rooms... More

The hotel has perfect location, clean and tidy room, quite and relaxing ambience, and breakfast of good quality (though not many choices). WIFI is available at the hotel but signal is very weak at room. Have to get close to room door or window in order to have better connection. As the hotel main entrance is closed all the time,... Its good, not amazing, but good. Rooms / bathrooms are fine, nothing fancy, and breakfast is adequate - juice, fruit, eggs. They do have yogurt if you ask for it. The location is superb, close to everything. Its reasonable value for money... by Colombian standards, its expensive and there are other hotels far cheaper, but for tourists used to paying... More

Overall I had an OK stay at India, but I would not likely return. The staff are very helpful and speak good English. They easily accommodated my early arrival and late check-out. They offered great suggestions and arranged my airport transport, which I later found out, was a bit of a rip-off. Transport from the airport to the hotel should... More

Very conveniently located in the old town, with plenty of good restaurants and sights within easy and safe walking distance. The staff were very welcoming, and able to advise on where to go if we needed. The pool is more like somewhere to dip in and cool off rather than swim, but pleasant all the same. We had a compact... This is a beautiful old building that has been wonderfully modernized and is in the center of central Cartagena and yet on a quiet street. The staff are dedicated to your having a trouble free and comfortable stay. I must mention Cindy at the front desk who speaks English well and was helpful to us on many occasions. We stayed... More
