Terrible, terrible. Terrible!

I have been here 4 years ago, and the hotel was a "like 4 stars". Now it doesn´t reach 2 stars standard...

Poor, really poor english. I speak mandarin, but my coleeges don´t--- they have had from comic to tragic experiences with the unexperienced, newbie, almost stupid staff.

The hotel didn´t respect the reservation, charged more than stipulated and lock the room door 2 days before check out, and demanded an aditional deposit in cash to unlock it. It took me 45 minutes to reach my room again...

Staff is not helpful, cannot write down an adress in Chinese, room is dirty, some lights are not working, we wake up several times and found the hot water was not working (-24 ºC outside...)

At check in, the girl at desk wrote "3000" insted of "3900" in the bill for the deposit... that resulted in a door locked some days ago for several of us.
