I was in Urumqi in Oct 2012, and stayed for two nights in the Fulande Hotel. I would say it provides satisfactory accommodation. The beds were clean, the room was tidy but the bathroom had a mild stale smell, and it is completely demarcated out of glass (with curtains). May be welcomed by couples but business/friends may find it awkward.... More
