The price for this hotel worth it. Position is not central but good to go visiting pandas and other attractions. It's a big complex with pool and a nice Spa. Room is not too big but at least wi-fi works wherever. I wouldn't come back in this hotel but is not bad

Ours is nice room that can accommodate even 6 pax. Nice meals all around but we have a big problem about the language barrier. Overall it is very good but you have to be resourceful. Load a VPN to enter the net via backdoor, net is so slow and cuts so often. When you have seen the Panda, there's nothing... More

I have nothing agaiant this hotel, it was clean, comfortable and tried to be 5 star. The bed was comfortable, shower was nice and hot, the staff friendly and reasoably efficient. But..... It was away from the town, which is ok, and we were the only foreigners in the hotel. It seems to be a military VIP hotel, so is... More

From my point of view, it was good, clean and luxury. Everything was good, I think you couldn't find anyone who wants to complain about the room service and cleanliness. However, the hotel has transportation problem. Once you want to get a cab to go anywhere you should wait a lot. The second point is about the ability of English speaking,... More

Imagine smiling ladies waiting at the elevator door to push the button for you, and you get the picture. Just breathe a desire and the concierge finds a solution. The room is clean by midmorning so you don't have to worry about cleaning people bursting in on you if you'd like to zip back to the room and work for... More

This is a very nice hotel. My room was booked without breakfast, but I was given complimentary breakfast when I checked in. One set back is the hotel is a bit far from everything as the hotel is located inside a park, and you've got to walk around 200-300m to get out of the park. They have a minimart in... More

We stayed in the 5* hotel building (4* buildin currently being upgraded). Located in a big park in the SW part of Chengdu. Nice, new and clean rooms in good condition, excellent beds and bedding. Convenient location for panda centre visit (about 25 mins by taxi), but about 30 mins' ride to city centre due to lots of road works... More
