We did not know what to expect when we arrived in Chengdu but this Hotel would be world class anywhere, the staff were excellent the room was spacious and clean and a lovely touch was to find a toy panda on our bed.bar service and reception were very welcoming and efficient.

We stayed for four nights. Bed was lovely and soft. Beautiful place, staff were excellent and very helpful. They arranged a private car to take us to Panda's. Food was great. Good coffee. Wi Fi in lobby.

Customer service was impressive even if most employees failed to speak proper English. They were humble, friendly, helpful. Based in this very comfortable hotel for visit to Giant Buddha and Panda Reserve. Good service and very good food (western and Chinese). Excellent restaurant on 1st floor. Note, no air on until May by order of the state government. But we were given lovely toy panda as compensation.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff spoke English and worked to make sure our stay was pleasant. The rooms were good size, and always clean by the time we returned each day. The food in the restaurant was varied and very good.
