I stayed here for a few 5 days at the end of August 2013. This hotel is indeed quite luxurious. Plush linens and super soft bed. We had all the works in the room. A fridge, armoire, great furniture, wifi, comp water and snacks (if my memory serves me correct), robes, laundry service, plush slippers, international outlets for your western... More

I stayed here in one room with 2 kids (19 and 10) and had a great week. We would go back. Notable bits were: - its outside terrace swimming pool is fantastic during the summer heat - great location in the City for either shops or walking to Wenshu and some of the parks. Everywhere a cheap taxi ride away... More

International Socket When we travel overseas nowadays, most people carries a laptop and mobile phones, the most important item to remember to bring is the International plug to cater to the different countries, with their different shapes and sizes of wall socket. I was very happy when i checked into this hotel to find that they have the wall socket... More

This is a very international hotel in a good location ten minutes walk from People's Park. The rooms are large and comfortable although a bit dated. There was enough English ability among the staff to deal with all our questions. The breakfast buffet is large and has some Western and Japanese food. The 88 RMB dinner buffet is a bargain.... More

Stayed for three nights on business in Early February. Very few staff speak English, and would not recommend hotel for non Chinese residents. Rooms were basic, breakfast was basic too. Asked Concierge for help booking a taxi and we were charged five times the meter rate! No way of controlling the temperature in room. Reasonably clean.

This hotel is so central for everything you need in Chengdu. It is comfortable, has a great breakfast menu, a good coffee lounge area, good staff. Not the cheapest, but definately not the dearest either. Our room on the 18th floor suited our needs. We had 3 nights here, and wish we had more.

This hotel is about ten years old. Carpets and curtains in the rooms including public rooms need replacement and updating as does the building itself. Apart from this the bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and clean and the breakfast variety entirely satisfactory. Members of staff are very polite and do this hotel proud making every effort to speak and understand... More

The location is great as it's right in the centre of Chengdu and you have easy access to many of the things people would visit Chengdu for. The hotel looks great inside, particularly the lobby area which is huge and full of grand furniture. A couple of things bothered me about our stay here though. One I won't go into... More

Not the most modern hotel in Chengdu, but that too bad either. The lobby is huge and impressive and check in was fast. Staff were friendly and helpful, although I did run into several people who only spoke two words of English. Breakfast is sumptuous and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, but it's all a bit dated and... More
