Visited Jinan for 5 days and what a place. The staff was extremely helpful. Whatever you needed, they were on top of it. Room service a pretty good, used them 3 or 4 times. This high-rise is arguably the most "western" hotel that can be found in Jinan. Rooms are spacious enough, all of them wih spectacular views as there are no hotel rooms below 22nd floor, and well equipped. Stayed for business Smaller rooms than average western style hotel. Good service by friendly staff. The room was clean, not large. I missed a water cooker for room coffee or tea brewing. This is standard in other busness hotels. more
