1. Close to airport and easily access to city centre either by metro or taxi 2. Decoration is outdated and even seems 'old' 3. Breakfast is as many categories as other Sofitel 4. Meeting room in executive floor is leased RMB 600/hour and RMB 450 for beamer equipment. The rate is extremely high.

stayed here a number of times now and although it is clean and the rooms are great, it is in need of new carpets and furnishing on the corridors as the floors are threadbare in places. Superb selection at breakfast. Nice complimentary swimming pool and gym along with sauna and steam rooms. Nice hotel and will stay again with work.

The hotel is still in the process of transitioning from the former Sheraton to Sofitel. The staff is friendly and the concierge was very helpful in my encounters with them. The ala carte menu was overpriced considering the small portion size of the meals. The room was clean and the Internet worked well. Overall a good experience.

If you can get past the pungent stench of smoke and its own unhealthy aroma then you have achieved the first hurdle! Food is sub standard. Rooms were clean but stank. Travelled all over China and this isn't a 5 star by any standard. Second stay here, next time at Traders
