This is a five-star hotel in an excellent location for tourism and shopping. A lot of life just out of the hotel although this means some noise if you are on a low floor. Room was first quality and breakfast had wide choices. more

It's a nice hotel consistent with Shangri-La standards. The fitness club (pool, dance studio, machines) and the locker area (shower, sauna, jacuzzi) are prime quality standard. I have stayed at this hotel once for a week. It is the perfect example of what the local people think of a 5 star hotel, complete with the Filipino band playing "Hotel California" in the lobby lounge. In any case you can't go wrong with this hotel. Some lucky expats actually live in this hotel, must be nice.. more
