Hotels are hit and miss in Changchun. This one is definitely a hit. The rooms are very comfortable, the facilities are very good - including lobby area, bar / dining options. This is a prime example of a local hotel that more international travellers should consider, step out of your comfort zone. The staff speak English, and are quite friendly... More

Hotel room was very nice - comfortable beds, 1 regular chair plus 1 desk chair, smallish TV (maybe 28 inches). Bathroom was good - bathtub, very small shower, small sink area. TV has at least 5 English language channels - BBC, CNN, NGC, and HBO and Star movie channels. Buffet breakfast has enough western food items and was the best... More

We came here for a conference this week, and this place surprised us. Its a good solid choice, in a central location, although quite tight to get into during rush hour. (I was dropped off a block from the hotel by the taxi driver-keep that in mind!) The hotel is in a great location that has convenience stores, and restaurants... More

I come to Changchun for a few times and stayed between 1 - 4 weeks each time. My choice of accommodation is Jin An. It is nicely located, though not next to the main streets. The plus side is that there is less noise. The room is modern, clean and the bed is comfortable. Wired and wireless internet are provided... More

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed while on business trip in Northeast China. First of all, there was available wifi in the room - which is really a rare find in hotels in this area. The hotel itself was good, I got free upgrade to premium room. The breakfast was chinese interpretation of western buffet, but I... More

Stayed in this hotel for merely one night during our visit to Changchun, part of our 8 days trip to the Northeastern of China. The room was clean and adequate with all the necessary toiletries. Room came with free wifi which was a plus point as we experienced other hotels in 2 other Northeastern provinces - Heilongjiang & Liaoning, where... More

We arrived at the hotel after a delayed flight and were very hungry. The check in process was loooong. We had booked four rooms and they could find booking for only three. Of course we had the confirmation for all the four rooms but somehow they could not find I tin their records. Anyway after an awful long wait we... More

I have stayed here on several occasions and there has never been any major issue. But if there is a problem the staff are very helpful - as recently I wanted to change rooms because my original room was hot. No problem for the staff. There are many bars/cafes and restaurants within five minutes walk of the hotel. The breakfast... More

Ideally situated in the downtown of Changchun. A large modern hotel, nice lobby bar, nice restaurants and clean and comfortable. Good value for money, visiting is worthwhile just for the smiling welcome, such a rarity in Chinese hotels. Well done!

this hotel is OK! the rooms are actually comfy and clean. not too noisy as well. breakfast buffet is good, even the coffee in the morning. the omeletts are delicious. all in all OK, maybe even above average. BUT..... service at reception is really bad. check-in/out might take you more than 20 minutes because the receptionists don't speak English or... More
