We get here because we wanted to be in a 5 star hotel as near as possible to the train station. However we get a big disappointment here.,. The rate is 5 stars, but the service, installations, rooms and food are pretty low (3 stars). We will look for another option next time..

This hotel is located downtown Zhenjiang, in an area plenty of traffic and roads all around, and construction works nearby. The room amenities include earplugs (!!!) for people who have problems with noisy environment. The room was tiny and cold (the heating system was under maintenance for FOUR days). I had already stayed in this hotel in the past, and... More

We stayed here for 1 night on a business trip. I dad a suite booked , room was OK but a little bit tired but still OK. We went to eat in the revolving restaurant that serves Chinese food at 8.45 pm to be informed that we where too late as it was closed for the night ???? We went... More

Probably because it's now a Best Western, this hotel has improved a lot compared to what it used to be. And even though it’s not yet 100% worth its five stars, what I have seen this time was really not bad. It is my opinion the remaining weaknesses are fully balanced by its perfect location. The hotel is in Dashikou,... More

This is the 5 star hotel of my hometown. But I am sad and have to admit it is thr worst 5-star hotel ever staryed: small lobby, small room, crap furnature. The annoying thing is that the laundry guy put small label on every piece, it hardened and hard to peel if off and caused damage; i do not know... More

Stayed 3 nights; good central location with a department store across the road, and plenty of shops around. There is a major building site opposite the hotel which was a little noisy on one night, but not too bad the rest - ask for a back room if necessary. The hotel has just been upgraded to 5-star. Rooms were reasonable... More

What first strikes you about this Best Western is that it is one of the tallest buildings in town with striking (and somewhat pleasing) architecture. The entrance and lobby are tasteful and elegant. The rooms, however, are like original Holiday Inn Express properties--basic, clean but nothing four-star. The stay was quite satisfactory and not memorable really other than the somewhat... More

Full service hotel in the center of town. Rooms could use some work, very little hot water, worn/dated furnature, thin hard matresses. Little english is spoken by the staff or at the front desk, although they try and be helpful Food in restaurants is edible, but otherwise not very good. They have many features, like free internet, fitness center, bowling... More
