Was in Wuxi on a recent tour and was blown away by the sheer opulence of the hotel. Huge Foyer and a very different setting for the breakfast buffet. This is the place to stay when in Wuxi. The breakfast was well laid out and planned and the settings was in the middle of the hotel with the rooms having... More

Only stayed 2 nights there but left with a very nice impression. It seems that there are two towers and we were in the newest which seems noticeably better than the old one. All the staff was friendly and could speak some English, some of them quite well. I had some request to use a room and the staff was... More

This is my first stay at this hotel and I am not really satisfied, the foyer is very, very big and there are many spots to sit around as there is free wifi in the lobby. The rooms are very small and are in need of alot of changes, the bathroom especially. The sealing in the shower are peeling off... More

This was my second stay at this hotel in a year. Great accomodations and rooms. The only issue I had was no wireless internet in the rooms and the wired was a bit erratic. They have a drinking water faucet in the rooms, food is great (both western and eastern) and the staff are very friendly and treat you like... More

I have stayed twice at this hotel, a classic business hotel for China without any differentiation. Rooms are indeed small as compared to the standard of the country. The staff is amenable, however its english speaking level is pretty poor which can be an issue at times. Breakfast is pretty Chinese...but with an effort to offer some international food and... More

I have been twice, one month each on this great hotel. Its unsurpassed level of service, cleanlinness and comfortable accomomdation make me return. Main Concierge Mr. Andy Zhang gentlemanie is second to none. Only weaknesses are the lack of enough English speaking personnel and small gym.

Stayed here for a night with the GAT China vacation tour, pretty nice, though the room was a bit small compared with the other hotels we stayed at in China. The restaurant served a good dinner.

Stayed in a room in the building one, average room size, has shower stall but no bath tub, excellant bath room amenities and clean. Nice large pool( mandaory swiming cap required). Exercise room is extremely lacking: two tread mills , one working reclining bike, a 1960's rower ( not usable) , a 1960's step machine, no mats for sit ups,... More

We stayed here on a guided tour for one night. We had a room on the 7th floor which was comfortable. There were a few shops were people on our group were able to find nice souvenirs and people were very happy with the Chinese breakfast that was included with the room. If you are here on a guided tour... More
