“Good location, good health but the rooms are old pieces”

Location good, high cost, the service is also very good, probably because earlier time hotel decoration, room decoration was relatively old (although the health and well-maintained facilities), the lobby is renovated very luxurious, with room contrast. Overall, a good choice is the high cost.

“Good with cheap upgrade”

but maybe disappointing if not. The room was pretty good, and breakfast ok, but I've had similar at half the price. “Had great expectations but was extremely let down by the poor service and facilities”

Had great expectations of Grand Park especially having experienced their services and facilities in Grand Park City Hall and Grand Park Knightsbridge in Singapore. “good value for money”

We stayed two nights here and it is really good value for money! All is clean, beds are great, service good - especially when travelling with someone who speaks Chinese. “Showing signs of neglect”
