Lovely hotel a bit away from Wuxi centre. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast is standard 4 to 5 star China hotel Chinese breakfast, perfectly fine. Lobby is creatively decorated. No complaints. Perfectly wonderful place to stay if you don't mind being slightly further away

I give it 3 stars because of the thick smell of smoke. It's a recurring theme in the hotels in China even at the smaller provinces. Everything else was average. I wouldn't give this hotel five stars like the tour company had suggested.

Room: Excelent! It's like a mini apartment, it had a mini fridge, a washer machine (very useful if you are traveling for almost a month) The A/C work perfectly, comfortablek bed, wooden floor, nice bathroom and a kitchenette. Breakfast: MADNESS but they refilled every minute, it was a regular menu Location: residencial area - it was a 7/11 next to... More

Noble Crown Hotel in Wuxi is far from the city center and any action. Looks very luxuous on the outside and in the reception, but when you get to your room, you can see it is not new. Rooms smell smoke, floors not levelled. My room/apartment was very big and it was actually only the smell that was not ok,... More

We were on a tour and stayed at this hotel for one night and found out the room is huge and have a lot of drawers in it. The breakfast buffet was alright but due to there were 11 tour groups stayed at that hotel that night..............thus food ran out pretty fast and the dinning room was not big enough... More

As for most hotels catered to tour groups, the location is always less than ideal. Notwithstanding, this hotel is really nice. No complaints at all. Room conditions tiptop. Bathroom clean and everything worked as it should. Sleep quality very good. Wifi available at lobby and the usual TV with Chinese and international channels. Breakfast was good but dinning area not... More

Their single king size bed room is lovely. The building has an extension, so watch out which lift to use. Their breakfast dining area is good, plenty of choices, but space is small, hence difficult to find an available table. They have washing machine in their room.

Good location and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet contained both western and Chinese food - but a little more variety would have been nice. Dinner buffer was good (but not outstanding)

We stayed there for a night as arranged by our travel agent.. The room is clean.. There is nothing much nearby if you wanna take a stroll.. Breakfast is provided but the restaurant is a little too small as we have to share tables..
