I loved the hotel. Its more than a business hotel. Its give a feeling of a resort. I loved my room and lobby was excellent. Hotel was bit outskirt. You must try the sauna spa and massage theraphy in hotel. Its awesome. Hotel staff are ok.

I stayed at Ramada Plaza Wuxi for a night with a tour group. The hotel is out of the city centre in a residential area. The bed is very hard thus my husband was unable to sleep. It was alright for me as I didn't mind a hard bed. There is a shopping complex about 15 minutes walk from the... More

Hotel outside looks old... rooms large; bathroom has shower and tub; good size; no mattress on beds; staff very poor in English. Food poor. Gym does not open till noon. Some mosquitos. But reasonable rates, good neighborhood for jogging. Spa is not wahat is's advertised to be,

Our tour group was placed in Block C, right at the back of the hotel. On entering the room, it seemed it was a smoking room. I complained about the smell of the room to the bellboy who was helping to settle the room opposite us. Later my husband discover a mouldy patch in the room. That could account for... More

I have stayed in this hotel on mid-December, 2011 and with the following observations (believed stay at section C, the back section building, at the back of the central garden) : Upsides: - Cannot find one except I need to visit nearby place Downsides: - Ants/Insects on one of the bed in one room which we have two rooms, the... I stayed one night in March 2011 with a tour group. The rooms are nice, but the hotel is a few years old and not quite up to 5 star standard. The rooms are on the small side and the orchids on display in the lobby are fake. The business center computer was very slow. The access to the pool... More

This is a nice hotel in the Chinese style even though using the Ramada name (e.g., stained carpets, Chinglish, etc.). Reminds me of state hotels in Beijing. Attached is a sauna, spa, KTV, etc. which seems legit to me (i.e., not Chinese style). Really only bad thing is that it is in the middle of no where. Maybe 30 minutes... More

It was a delight to stay overnight at this quite luxurious hotel. For us the Spa gardens were a delight and the separate Male/ Female facilites indoors gave a true feeling of how a spa should be enjoyed. Reminiscent of Japanese bathhouses. On entering the outside spa garden we were given a personal tour of all the spa pools and... More

This hotel offers Japanese Spa with hot springs of many kinds (included in price of staying). Everyday they give a ticket for entering spa, though massage is charged. Service in spa and everywhere is great, design of rooms is beautiful and from a window you see an inner yard in Japanese style - with river, bridge and pagoda, Chinese oldies... More

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel with a large tour group. This hotel is huge, sprawled over several buildings with large swimming pool. The room is good size but with dated furniture, everything also reeked with smoke even in the hallway. It seems there isn't any true non-smoking room at this hotel, hotel would just spray air fresher to... More
