A scenery hotel in the garden. Area is clean and well manage. The Staffs are polite and helpful. The overall stay in the hotel was great and my whole family really enjoy it very much. It is convinence as the shops / restaurant/ PUBs are just foot steps away. more
Chose this based on a review on a leading Chinese travel site and one review on tripadvisor. Speedy check-in in the executive building. The room was truly five-star, including a 40 inch flat screen TV, deluxe bath, wonderful linens. Very quiet, very clean. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. It is a Hotel in garden with fantastic view. the staffs are very polite. As a brand new hotel, the room is with typical Suzhou style deluxe amenities. Fruits, bikes, nice bathroom and shower. The laundry service there is fast, too. And we really enjoyed ourselves during our staying there. more
