We decided to go to Suzhou for a day and my husband booked this hotel but I didn't know that. OMG! It is so beautiful and so interesting. It looks amazing from the inside and outside. The fact that it was build on a city wall already makes this place so interesting. My husband told me he'd show me the... More

This was our third hotel on our trip to China. What a surprise. I had never heard of this brand to find out they are out of Singapore. The hotel is like staying in a Palace. There are gardens, ponds, bridges, pools and there own pagoda. Our stay was short but wish we had more time to explore the property.... More

We booked a Premier King room for a weekend in Suzhou, and it is possible that prices were raised as it included a holiday Monday. However, we accepted this, but found they had "upgraded" us when we arrived. We were taken (by a glorified golf cart) to one of the hotel's wings, the so-called Pacific Club section of this massive... More

Just spent two nights in a Pacific Club Room and enjoyed my stay immensely. The "mock" castle like structure gives the hotel a lot of character and once you get the "lay of the land", its simple to navigate. You can enter the hotel either directly from the street level, where the Pacific Club check in desk is located, or... More

My somewhat small room was at the end of a long hallway in the Garden Wing (the other buildings in the resort are the Main building, Pacific Club, and Pagoda Wing). I found just one wall outlet that could accept US plugs, but there is a power strip with international adapters by the alarm clock. All other outlets are the... More

This hotel is a laid out in several maze like wings with the lobby awkwardly located on the second floor accessed by a narrow ramp that would be difficult for anything larger than a car to drive up. That being said our room was very comfortable and clean and looked out over a very pretty courtyard garden. The bathroom was... More

As soon as we opened the door to this room, the smoke scent poured out of this non-smoking room. We stayed here for one night as part of a tour. I would of though that all non-smoking rooms smelled smoky; however, the other hotel rooms that we stayed in were actually smoke free! The room itself was definitely older and... More

Stayed here for a night with a tour group and was told that this was supposed to be one of the most popular hotels in Suzhou. Was assigned a room on the first floor with two beds. Cons: Extremely small bed that can only fit one per bed. First thing I noticed was the beat up and run don rug.... More

If you like sleeping in bad beds, run down rooms, boring and tasteless breakfast served by surely waiters, then the Pan Pacific is your choice hotel in Suzhou! Oh, I almost forgot, the great thing about this place it has not only all of the above and more, but also the worst noise insulation we've ever experienced. At 6AM to... More

This hotel is awesome. Only the buildings could make a beauty scene in night and early morning. The room is huge and the beds are comfy. Toilet also got separate tub and bath. The indoor swimming pool is awesome. Feel so good to swim in warm water after one long cold day. I also went to the gym, very nice... More
