I would stay away from this hotel, the only way you can get hot water is to ring reception and then house-keeping will come to your room stand on the furniture to get out of the window to switch the heater on. Seems this is normal dfor Suzhou HOJO. Do not stay here unless you like cold showers!

Only stayed one night but was well worth it. Next to a mall. Didn't have much hot water at night but seemed to be fixed by morning. Huge breakfast buffet that was delicious, great chef came by to talk to us a little.

Despite being brand spanking new, rooms were poorly constructed. Bathrooms had leaking glass shower walls, grouting and caulking not done properly, faucets not positioned for sinks properly, toilets not installed properly. The quality in product was there, the quality of the workmanship was terrible. Disappointing.
