Great hotel, very nice facilities. The eat all you can breakfast has so much choice. You have a choice of cereals, continental, full English, Chinese, fruits, cheeses, in fact almost anything you can eat around the world for breakfast. My favourite was the omelette prepared with your own choice of ingredients and delivered to your table. The service from the... More

Although not the best in wuhan, Renaissance definitely has the best swimming pool among all the five star hotels in wuhan. Not only is it a pool bigger than standard, it is also very warm even out of the water in winter. Most of the heated pools only provide heated water, not the room temperature as well. Renaissance makes sure... More

Stay of 3 nights in this nice hotel located 1h from the airport . Staff is friendly, very very few of them do not speak English. Rooms are nice and convenients. Tea pot, sleepers, bathrobe. Good quality of mattress. International Chanels as TV5 or CNN. Internet is working well (do not forget you are in China, no Google or Facebook).... More

I stayed at this Western Hotel over the weekend. It was clean and was upgraded to a corner room. The room included a nice sized bathroom and never ran out of hot water. Food in the Chinese Restaurant was very well seasoned and came in ample portions. I can recommend this hotel and will stay there again very soon.

Where to start? Well, this is one of the best experience I have ever had with all Marriott. When I check in to the hotel, I was arrive super late, the front desk knows I was exhausted, and help me check in as fast as they can. They upgrade my room and putting me on the 20th floor, which is... More

My 20th floor room was extra-large, had an excellent interior layout, good lightening, comfortable bed, good amenities. Internet was free, but bandwidth was hardly passable. In the bathroom, there’s a separate bathtub and shower cubicle, with good water pressure. It is clean, staff is very friendly, and their English is OK. Rooms are getting older and a renovation is overdue.... More

I certainly didn't expect it to be as good as the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, but the room is too old, even for Wuhan. Also don't even try the egg Benedict,it doesn't even look like a proper egg Benedict!!! I know Wuhan quite well and I always stay in New World Hotel Wuhan. The service there is marvellous, much better than this one,the... More

While not particularly well located, the Renaissance Wuhan is truly a calming presence in the middle of chaotic Wuhan. The property itself is just a typical Renaissance, which is a very good thing. It was very modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable. What sets the Renaissance Wuhan is the wonderful staff, whom were very attentive and genuinely caring. In particular, the... More

Was there for 2 nights (using MR points) with my family. Hearing that we were travelling with two young kids (1 & 4), the folks at the front desk upgraded us to a 1-bedroom suite. Nice touch. Being a Gold MR member, I was given access to the Executive Lounge (21st floor), which is open from 6:00a-12:00midnight everyday. The food... More

Overall the hotel is a great place to stay in Wuhan - obviously depending on where you need to go. I've been at this hotel for business purposes a couple of times and the service is always great. Maintenance can sometimes be a problem with Chinese hotels but this one seems to be well maintained. Lobby is a little small... More
