I travelled with some colleagues and we spent two nights in this hotel. We all agreed it was comfortable and had the facilities we would expect for a Shangri-La but the property was rather tired. It felt quite old in terms of décor. Its a large property and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again... More

The room i had was fine and i only stayed 1 night leaving early so a difficult one to judge. There were no problems but in comparison to the other hotels on this trip the cost was a bit higher for a package of slightly lower quality hence the 3 I didn't consider it lived up to the brand reputation,... Shangrila has never let me down n this in Wuhan was no exception. All the way from the concierge to the checkin to the restaurant to the room to the service, is almost flawless. As expexted almost all customers facing staff speaks English. On the same note the hotel is a bit aging now and thus lacks that sparkle to... More

Old hotel with so small entrance. Even taxi driver also missed it when we were passing by. The location was good and the room's okay despite it has longer history than other chain hotels in the area. The staff were nice and no line ups, we could check in and out super fast.

I attended a conference hosted at the Shangri-La in Wuhan. It was my first trip to China and I had been told all sorts of unappealing things. I was very relieved upon arrival at the Shangri-La. While tired in placed, overall, it was a very nice hotel. I had a non-smoking room (which was KEY) and it really did seem... More

Stayed for 5 days during the China October holiday period. My room rate included Wi-Fi and breakfast. Wi-FI speed was decent but I did not try to stream video, it worked great for streaming Spotify, email, Live Meeting etc. I have to say that the attentiveness and the service of the staff made the difference. Breakfast was decent with at... More

The price is good, the Staff is excellent and the amenities are great. Always ready to help in any aspect and call above the expected duty. LOVE THE PLACE The Lobby Lounge is great and the staff there are the best.

My first stay at the Shangri-La in Wuhan was very pleasant, great Executive Floor Club where I had breakfast on both days and a late night coffee on one night. Staff very polished and provided excellent service. Hotel had traditional décor with a Chinese touch, rooms a little dated but well preserved. Very well equipped, my only gripe was that... More

I stayed for one night at the Shangri-La in Wuhan on a business trip. I won't say that this hotel is really up to the usual standards of Shangri-La, however a very pleasant stay nonetheless. Most rooms are well furnished and with nice city views. This was my first visit to Wuhan so I cannot recommend other locations in the... More
