I'd just like to thank all the staff at this hotel for making such an effort to help the non Chinese speaking bunch of people I was travelling with. Wuhan is not a place where you'll encounter much that isn't in Chinese (and is all the better for it). So the staff dont speak much English but they couldn't have... More

Don't get me wrong this is a very nice hotel but anywhere that expects you to pay £100 per night deposit (so if you are here for a fortnight that's £1400) needs to be uber special if you ask me, and this place is not that good. The reception staff are polite and the English isn't that bad either but... More

Royal suites and towers , exceeded my expectations of China hotel. Having travelled extensively in china, I have lowered a lot of my standards and expectations. But this hotel and staff really made my stay worthwhile. Front desk was extremely polite and attentive . The room was clean and they had an exclusive woman's floor, the room was tastefully decorated... More

I live in Wuhan so have never stayed in the hotel. however, I often go there to enjoy the pool, hot tub and sauna. The pool isn't too large but is usually empty so its easy to swim laps for as long as you like. same for the hot tub and wet and dry sauna rooms. all in all, definitely... More

The fitness center is rather small - it's more like a fitness room. However, with a bit of creativity it surely works! There's also a nice pool area if you prefer water exercise. For some reason we were upgraded (I think), to a more apartment-like room with a living room, small kitchen and balcony. A huge over-kill seeing that we... More

The apartments are really large. The rooms have separate air con controls - small balcony. The two televisions act on the same control which may cause issues. Cleaning and room service is very good, the restaurant has a small choice of excellent food. Service speak English. 5 minutes walk to the Yangtse River / Hankou Beach, the Metro station is... More

Great hotel in Wuhan. I came here for a business meeting and stayed and this hotel. The attention was top class, the rooms were spacious and the extra service is wonderful. Even the restaurant (western and Chinese cuisine) was very good. If you are ever in Wuhan, this is the place to stay at.

It was my first time I had been to Wuhan. My friend booked this hotel on the internet. The first impression to me is staff were very polite which was seldom found in mainland China. The front desk staff (Lily) was wearing a smile all the time when we were checking in or when we asked her information. We were... More
