This is a good place to stay if you're coming to Harbin for business or pleasure - say if you were coming for the Ice Festival in Zhaolin Park in January. Rooms are spacious and well serviced, the breakfast buffet is reasonable once you get past the instant coffee, the staff are friendly and helpful and the internet connections are... More

The location of the JinGu hotel is central, directly in the Pedestrian Street in Harbin and this is a big plus! The Business room in the 13th floor was clean and very warm. In the breakfast area was a lot of hectic. Either we could not find a table or we didn’t get the plates and cutleries. There was a... More

I stayed at Jingu for 1 night. The room was clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable and not as hard as you can find it in a lot of Chinese hotels. The room was warm, which was nice during the day to get warm again after a walk outside. During the night it was a bit too warm,... More

The hotel is a great location for the Ice and Snow festival. It is conveniently located on the Walking street, and two blocks from Zhaolin Park (where the festival originally started and is host to many ice sculptures.) Also within walking distance is the events on the river, that is almost like a carnival on ice. The breakfast buffet was... More

Stained 1 night on biz trip, overall was a bit old style, only appreciated clean bed, nothing good for breakfast, better eat outside on Central Ave. if you looking for shopping & CBD, then can be a good idea.

Stayed at the Jingu for 2 nights. Was booked for me by work. Have to say an interesting choice! Hotel has a decent location and the taxi knew where to go (one of my issue before). Inside the rooms are well enough equipped and clean. Service was ok, checkin/out fine. I think if I came back to Harbin I would... More

This was our first trip to Harbin, China. When I realised that the Jingu Hotel on the main Central Street has garnered such good reviews on Tripadvisor, I immediately cancelled my Hotel New Paris booking in Harbin and switched here. Overall, we did have had a great stay at this very well located hotel, if not for the lack of... More

Just returned from my second trip to Harbin Snow and Ice Festival. Want to thank all the previous reviewers for steering us toward Jingu Hotel - our group of 5 were all happy with our rooms, though could hear some noise in mornings. Warm and clean. Modern facilities. Breakfast is above average for a Chinese hotel, though only a few Western... More

We went to Harbin for the Ice and Snow Festival, 2013. Jingu is a nice hotel with all amenities on the Central street. Just a five minute walk from the Zhaolin Lantern park. Walmart is little more than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. They keep electric kettle in the room but the tea-coffee sachets are charged 10 to 20... More

The hotel is in a very good location for seeing the city and to use as a base for adventures further afield. We walked to restaurants and shopping in the general area. The rooms are nice and modern and a good deal especially considering the Shangri-La was twice as much for a similar room (suite). While not luxurious we had... More
