Its location is a major plus point! But do lower your expectations for everything else - room, towels, breakfast, counter-service, etc... Coming out from the hotel main entrance, turn right will lead you to Central Street whilst turning left to bring you to ZhaoLin Park's side-entrance- that 's how conveniently located it is! The room is quite basic and not-so-new.... More

I'm torn between giving this hotel 4 stars and 3 stars. First the positives that make me lean towards 4 stars. The location is great, right in the center of Harbin, just a short and quick walk from the touristy pedestrianized Zhongyang Dajie and the Songhua River. Also very nearby is the historic Saint Sophia Church. This is the ultimate... More

Don't even know where to start. I am a frequent traveler and never slept in such a bad hotel. The rooms were filthy dirty to start, the floors and bathroom had oobviously not been cleaned , that is after downgrading do a lower class room as the premium rooms carpets were nasty and the bathroom full of left over hair.... I would definitely suggest you this hotel if you are okay with Chinese standards hotel. The best thing of this hotel is for sure the location, as you are just right on the famous pedestrian street, zhongyang jie. This is a good hotel for Chinese Standard, firm bed, clean bathroom, warm room and good breakfast, therefore you can't require more... More

This hotel offers great value and is in a fantastic location. It is only 1 block away from Zhaolin park where the lantern festival (smaller version of the Snow and Ice Festival) is located. The entrance is in the South of the park which is a 5min walk and costs 200RMB (January 2014). It is also 1 block away from... More

My wife and I stayed here for three days, Jan 10-12, 2014. We didn't expect much English and therefore we were not disappointed. They made efforts to understand. Our room on the eighth floor was toasty warm, bed comfortable and clean, bathroom fine. Breakfast for one (we had to pay for the second one) was included. The second floor breakfast... More

We checked in the hotel and asked for a non-smoking room, the reception said they do not have non smoking room as they could not restrict anyone from smoking in the hotel area. Later, we wanted to get a late supper and asked for nearby restaurant from the same reception, she said she doesn’t know. So we decided to just... More

Stayed for 1 night on 12 Jan 2013 For a lady travelling alone, this hotel is great as it is relatively safe, rooms are comfy and location is fantastic. Price is resonable too. Further, this hotel allows us to book without making an advance payement so for us foreigners with international credit cards, this is one less area to worry... More

We were offered a free upgrade, because they had given away our reservation, for having arrived at 9pm. The room was dirty, with mud marks and other unidentifiable stains. The bathroom tub/shower was dirty, and there was a leak coming from the ceiling, dripping through the downlight. The bathroom door had no working lock mechanism, so the door would continually... Not a bad hotel. Conveniently located 10 mins walk to the river and 2 mins from the main shopping street : Zhongyang St. Comfortable bed and warm. Breakfast is a mix of Chinese and Western. Coffee could be better but there is a decent selection of juices and soy. Cleaning staff are friendly and rooms cleaned each day with amenities... More
