This huge hotel has attractive rooms, which are well laid out with good facilities. It's sheer size however means that simple things like getting items to eat at breakfast involve a long, long walk. The staff seemed dis-interested in the guests and were not really helpful.

Be warned! This hotel room layout offers no privacy between the room and bathroom! No divide, door, or anything. What you do is seen, heard, and smelled by anyone in the room.Other than that, the hotel is ok. Nice public spaces and good service. Very clean.

The photos look great, the staff, rooms, dinning and the pool is in terrible state. I would recommend to everyone to stay away from Sanya. This hotel is next door to a local tip. Hard to find someone that speak English.

Stayed at the Hojo for 5 nights. It's close to the airport and is one of the better hotels on Sanya Bay. Hotel has drifted away from western standards in the last few years.
