We stayed at this hotel for one night in order to avoid having to get up at 4am in a city hotel to get to the airport by 5am., two hours before departure, which was 7am. When we checked in, the staff assured us there would be no problem getting a taxi at 5am in the morning. (They could not... more

This hotel was for our last night in Hainan Island. As my flight out is at 10.30am, check in 2 hours earlier, I opt for this hotel to ensure that we would have the least hassle. How wrong am I. OK, firstly....this hotel isnt soooo bad. It is close to the airport and this scores points...but it isnt as you may see described online. There are NO sports facilities, no swimming pool, tennis courts or basketball or gymnasium...and if there is internet, it must only be in premium rooms.
