Checked in at 2 pm and the room is still not ready. You will be sleeping on the floor with a thin mattress which is really hard on the back. So getting relaxed and massaged will be a waste after a night sleep on the hard surface. So many people in the Hot Spring. Each pool is full of people.... More

This is my third time to visit this resort. The service they provide inside the hot spring pools are wonderful. There are always staff crew around to give you herbal drinks and clean dry towels. I stayed in the newly furnished VIP room this time, got my own bathtub in the bathroom to have hot spring bath. Highly recommand for... More

We loved our stay here! As part of a quick get-away to Zhuhai we booked a one-night Christmas package that we saw advertised on the Zhuhai expat website (deltabridges.com), which included a Cozy Hamlets Western room, a special Christmas buffet, breakfast buffet, a 24hr hot spring pass and a private late-night soak at the VIP hot springs (1498rmb for 2... My husband has never been to a hotspring before, so during Chinese New Year holiday we took my parent to this hotspring. In HK, the travel agent offered us a two nights stay package with ferry and transport to the hotel from the ferry port. So it was easy to get there. However, the hotspring is at least an hour... We stayed in this resort for 1 day and it was excellent. the furnishings looks new and well maintained. we had 4 persons, so we took a room for 4 and they had 4 Japanese mattress stacked at the corner of the room, so you could lay out and sleep at night. the outdoor hotspring has quite a number of... Imperial Hotspring Resort is also known as YueWenQuan (Yue in mandarin translates to imperial and wenquan means hotspring). The locals would know this place as YueWenQuan, so it would be good to print out the hotel name and address in Chinese (御温泉). How to get there. Because their website is in Chinese and information seems a little sparse on the... More

This resort is based in a very poor rural area and the surroundings are unattractive and unsafe for overseas visitors. Also it has 2 names the original which is well known is Imperial Hot Springs but for some foolish reason the name was changed tp Yuwenquan. This makes it almost impossible to book and their on-line and telephone booking is... More

Just back from Zhuhai/Macau. It was the rainy season, and unfortunately it rained everyday except the last day of our trip! On the last day, when the sun was finally out, we hired a car and spent half a day at Yu Wen Quan. Here are the areas which made Yu Wen Quan stand out: - Cleanliness: its soooo clean... More

My boss had recommended I take my sister for her birthday to one of the hot spring resorts in Zhuhai, it was really difficult to get any good information which is weird seeing as I am living in Hong Kong!!!! I took the bull by the horns and booked the imperial hot springs resort, we were not disappointed, the service... More

I spent one night in this hotel at the end of an almost three-week business trip to China. We arrived in the early evening and were enthusiastically shown to our rooms by the hotel's staff. They had one or two staff members who spoke English, and check-in was relatively easy although they requested we give them either a cash deposit... More
