I was here for only one night so cannot say much about the services. In fact there's nothing wrong. It's just the interior was extremely tacky and make people feel rather uncomfortable. “Great for attending Exhibtion centre”

Attended large trade show and it is only a short walk. Across the road to hotel is small shopping centre with 20 restaurants. Also right outside is subway station. We booked a car service to tak us back to HK Airport, were pleaseantly suprised when a Bentley arrived. Hotel is large and well run. Would stay here again.

perfect location with professional and nice service, and yummy food, everything is nice! the ladies in club lounge are very nice, they'd like to help you as soon as you enter the lounge, and could solve any problems, awesome!

“Travel with friend and very good stay experience”

Travelling to Shenzhen and Hong Kong with my friends, then stay two nights in Sheraton Shenzhen. Very good experience, we are free upgraded to a bigger room, clean and spacious! And it is only two metro stations away from Futian checkpoint, and the entrace of metro is just inside the hotel area, quite convenient.

Check in was smooth enough and the big rooms are a joy. Sleep quality was excellent. Member lounge staff are attentive, though eating choices aren't many. The hotel itself isn't exactly happening, mostly banquets at one of the Chinese restaurants, but one is not far from a number of night life areas if that'st you thing. Would stay here again.
