Do not expect to get something fancy for what you pay. The rooms are OK but the furnuture are needed to be renew. on the desktop you cannot avoid from burns marks caused from smokers. Bathroom was OK. there is a small dining room at the enterence floor where they serve breakfast that you can better avoid. Checking in and... More

Near MTR, Indian Restaurants. Spacious, Clean and Comfortable. Near High-end Shopping market. Short Distance from Luohu Station. Easy access to Shenzhen and Hongkong. Free Wi-Fi and computer inside room. Lot of happenings around the area.

There's nothing wrong with the hotel itself, rooms are ok and it's good value, the receptionist spoke some English. Wifi was working inside the room which was a surprise. However, I would NOT recommend going to the spa, it is HORRIBLE. There will be about 3-4 staff members watching you undress, holding your clothes, supporting you if you are trying... More

Location is the USP, the key. In the centre of Guomao, close to Laojie shopping and subway at a close walking distance, the hotel is very conveniently located. Used Booking.com for the reservation, check in was smooth and efficient. English language is an issue. The rooms are really big and spacious and decor is quite good. There is a Spa... More

Very good location - walkable to Guomao Metro station, located close to shopping, restaurants. We took a Quadraple room, it is very spacious, bathrooms are fitted with good fittings. Some of the staff speaks English and are helpful in guiding us.

Stayed for 5nights at Shenzhen Kaili Hotel recently. Location wise it's 10-15 min away from Louhu station; near Guomao metro Line 1 station. Very very noisy street with buses and cars screeching at all hours plus the Aircon is noisy too. Room is spacious and bathroom is nice with good accessories. Staff at reception cannot speak much English and not... More

Hotel looks old from the outside but the rooms must have been renovated earlier. They are spacious and clean. Service was also good. You can take the 330bus to the railway station. Journey is about 1 hour and cost is 20CNY per person. From the railway station you can catch a taxi to the hotel. Cost is around 15CNY. You... More

We had a nice, clean and spacious room with 3 beds for a family of four (2 adults, 2 young children). The beds were bigger than super-singles and comfortable. We love the location right in the middle of the shopping area with plenty of restaurants around. We have street view from the room, but you couldn't really hear the noise... More

Stayed here for a night before skipping over to Hong Kong . Great price . Rooms are functional and basic. Similar to a transit hotel. Location was good for shopping. Short walk to pedestrian street and 1 stop on mrt to luoho markets. Concierge very pushy re hiring taxis to cross the border. Would cost 1400 yuan to do this... More
